Must have:
Excellent C#.NET
Excellent javascript skills
Experience with a SPA framework (Angular, React, Durandal, Backbone, etc)
Strong motivation to learn
Strong communication skills
Unit Testing xUnit

Good to have:
Excellent HTML/CSS skills
