Solution IT Inc. is looking for an Oracle Apps Financials Technical Lead/Manager for one of its clients in Atlanta, GA

Job Title	Oracle Apps Financials Technical Lead/Manager
Summary	Work individually with minimal supervision on Oracle financial R12 in a development role. The Job will provide critical technical expertise towards oracle financials R12 system and also help other junior member's to overcome their technical deficiencies.
Required Skills	· Minimum 15 years of experience in IT industry and at least 10 years on Oracle EBS R12 · Experience on following Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, iExpense, iProcurement, Fixed Assets). · Understanding of Business processes/ business flows and the underlying technical architecture/ table structure of the Oracle E-Business Suite. · Must have at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience and at least 2 EBS support. · Hands on Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, Open interfaces and APIs, Oracle Application Framework (OAF). · Proficiency with tools used to support Oracle Applications development RICEWF. · Experience with Form personalization, OAF personalization. · Solid understanding of design and coding standards for extensions to the Oracle Applications. · Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written), experiences in an international team and with international clients, interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
