Healthcare Project Manager
Location: Bloomington, IN
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $50/hr
This position will be part of a fast paced, office environment within IT department of healthcare organization.
Full Description:
The Position will be part of a project management team, responsible for leading and directing high-priority and complex portfolio projects to successful and timely completion. The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative decision making, leadership and planning for the organization's clinical implementation projects. The position is also responsible for oversight of resources assigned to the project and leading the clinical aspect of a hospital implementation.
Behavior Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will have: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as a team member. Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration and problem- solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows. Ability to facilitate and lead workgroups. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. At least 5 years of project management experience including experience with project scheduling, managing risks/issues/assumptions/decisions and communication plans
