Job Title: Sr. IT Technical Recruiters and Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite) 

Location :Pune  

Duration :Full time

• Selected candidate must be able stay pleasant in the conversations with candidates with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships for long term. 
  
• Business development activities as well, like cold calling, reaching out to HR of strategic companies and end customer to generate business etc.
  
• Candidate must be very familiar with various terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099, etc. 
  
• Candidate must be able to handle initiation and completion of contractual procedures with candidates including their background verification, RTR, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Should have 4+ years of US recruitment experience including Resourcing, Bench sales, Business Development. 
  
• Good understanding of US market.
  
• Strong communication and interaction skills required.
