No doubt, teaching based on experience in one or more fields with exposure to allied areas proves to its metal.

Teaching profession affords many opportunities to earn more over and above what one gets one's salary that is in the present context is comparable with that of the highest civil services  and industry. Associate Professor draws salary as good as that of Divisional Commissioner.

Hence, propose to treat as given below:

1. Institute and industry inseparable.
2. Research and Consultancy; and Institute inseparable.
3. Make use of faculty's intellectual property that can be en-cashed in several contemporary areas besides teaching as training and development, tutor, writing books, knowledge sharing, updating and upgrading of employees/officers, consultancy in certain areas of institute development, etc.
4. Teaching without the support of experience is of no avail.
