Job Title:  .Net Developer with DevOps experiences
Location : Minneapolis MN
Duration: Long Term

 

Responsibilities

 

Enhance existing and build new features in the automated continuous integration/delivery tools pipeline, and fully participate in the Kanban based development process.

 

Required Skills

•             5+ years of development experience on the Microsoft stack, including .NET, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server 2008+, and TFS

•             Hands-on experiences in Test Driven Development

•             ASP.NET MVC/Web API & Web Forms experience

•             HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience

•             Experience working with GIT and TFVC source control

•             Automation scripting experience such as PowerShell

•             Experience automating software delivery

•             Agile software development experiences

•             3+ years of using TFS as the ALM tool to manage project work

•             Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

•             Passion in learning new technology and creatively solving challenging problems

•             Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work autonomously

•             BA/BS or equivalent experience

 

Preferred Experiences

•             Practical DevOps experiences (partnering with Ops and Dev teams)

•             Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks (Knockout.js, Angular, etc.)

•             Familiarity with contributing back to OSS software (GitHub, etc.)

•             Familiarity with cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, etc.)

•             Familiarity with Jenkins CI platform

•             Familiarity with Elastic Search analytics platform

•             Familiarity with Apache Kafka messaging platform

•             Experience with QA automation (Selenium, Test Architect, etc.)

•             Experience with containers (Docker)
