- 5+ years of experience within a developer role including exposure to with Database systems (Oracle Applications, SQL, and PL/SQL)
- 5+ years of experience in a developer and supporting role using Business Intelligence tools and concepts
- 5+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Provide expert-level support of users, security, menus, responsibilities, along with underlying Oracle Applications Database
- Write expert-level custom reports and applications interfacing with the Oracle applications database using SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and visual basic for applications
- Support all patching upgrade activities ensuring functionality of all customized objects, reports and applications are the same both and after activity.
- Microsoft Excel and Access experience

Romac Industries is looking for a Sr. Programmer that is responsible for expert-level developing, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting software applications. This position will be working on the IT team performing enhances, upgrades, changes to Oracle Application Database. You will need to be a self-sufficient individual as you will not receive a lot of direction and will need to drive your own work. You need to have a well-rounded background as the tasks might change from day to day.
