Re: [MTC Global] [Discussion-I] Ways to increase enrollment !

this is a very common discussion agenda in colleges. but I fail to understand why we discuss and try to strategise admissions every year?

there cannot be any short term strategy to enroll as per capacity, its the long term holistic approach of an institution that determines admissions/enrollments ,YoY. I agree to syed amen of aspect of "satisfaction".

building an institution is very different from just enrolling students. an institution (in any field of education) should always move ahead with true essence of education provider over a period of time, build over fundamentals of value, vision, trust, research and quality  Human Resource to become a significant or destination institute over a period of time.

direct advertisements, student database, cold calling, over persuasion, sales gimmicks are all survival strategies and it always leads to compromise further and ultimately take an institution towards closure within a limited period.

think genuinely and start moving from ordinary to destination by developing on fundamentals and BUILD AN INSTITUTION, probably we move from discussing enrollments to quality enrollments.

Hello my dear respected and loving friends,

This is very Simple!

The best way of increase enrolment is through SATIFYING ( in totality ) the EXISTING Batch of students, and also by satisfying its internal customers ( Employees, Teaching and non-teaching staff, attenders, gardener, sweepers, watchman etc.)

Human beings carry emotions with them, so treat your students and employees with love and respect. Motivate them, encourage them, appreciate them and recognize their worth and make them love their job and the institution.

If existing Students and Employees are satisfied, they will bring the enrolment and for sure the institution grows rapidly.

Subject: [MTC Global] [Discussion-I] Ways to increase enrollment !

New academic session will start soon and admission office is working extra hours to work on the strategy to increase the enrollment.

A discussion on the various ways to increase the enrollment probably would help the colleges to develop a good plan for the academic session 2017-18.
