Title – Business System Analyst
Duration: 6 Months (Will be extended )
Location: Dallas, TX
RATE : $45/hr on C2C (MAX)
Technical/ Skills Required :
· Mainframe. Insurance
Experience Required :
· Business Analyst, Mainframe, Requirements Gathering
Roles & Responsibility :
· Translates business requirements into technical requirements
· Decomposes mainframe code and JCL to identify business rules
· Performs gap analysis to identify risks and opportunities for improvement between business process flows and proposed solution
· Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment
· Ensures accuracy of technical requirements/specifications for hand off to development team
· Works with QA to review test plans for completeness and accuracy
· Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
· Participates in the development of the release plan and timelines
· Actively collaborates with and aligns to information, data security and infrastructure standards and guidelines
· Works with delivery teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated correctly.
