Job Description:

 

Job Title:Java Developer

Location:Raleigh, NC

Mode of Interview: Skype/Face to Face 

Duration:Contract (12months)

Rate: $45/hr C2C max

Visa Status:Citizen, Green Card, H1B

Must Provide Passport copy, I-94 and H1B copy for client submission.

Locals are highly preffered

Java Developer

Responsibilities: 

The Client seeks a Senior Java Developer to assist with the development and implementation of NC FAST Projects. These resources will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST to work closely with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development.

 

Duties include:

• Assisting with design requirements development.
• Code development.
• Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST.
• Reporting status to the project manager and adhering to the Client's policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 

Required Skills:

• 5 years: Experience as a Java developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing.
• 7 years: Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues.
• 5 years: Experience in translating and communicating technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• 5 years: Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 5 years: Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting an sense of urgency; independently identify options.
• 7 years: Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
• 5 years: Experience using JavaScript.
• 5 years: Technical knowledge in the following areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, and XSL.
• 5 years: Technical knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Web Services Standards (SOAP and WSDL).
• 5 years: Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• 5 years: Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere.
