Can anyone confirm this info? A prominent community member Mr Tabeyang Etchu on an official visit to Cameroon was arrested manu militari at the Dla airport and immediately whisked to the notorious Kondengui Prisons. Little did the Yaounde authorities know that Mr Tabeyang is a US citizen. Because of the immediate and forceful intervention of US authorities he was rushed back to Douala but put in another flight back to Wadhington DC. We are still trying to grasp the full details of this very unfortunate development in this political cacophony that Cameroon government wants to drag itself into.
