Candidates must possess a minimum of years' experience in Software Recruitment/ Sales / Marketing to handle existing employees marketing as well as dealing with our growing clients base for new requirements in Pacific North West and across country.

Duration: Full-time

INTERVIEWS: TELEPHONIC AND INPERSON
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LOCAL TO HYDERABAD OR SOMEONE WHO CAN RELOCATE WITH SHORT NOTICE.

•   2 years to 3 years of Bench Sales (US Staffing) experience. 
•   Identify, interview and place technical consultants with our clients
•   Partner with Account Managers to develop effective candidate sourcing strategies
•   Prior recruiting experience is not required.  We will train you for success. 
•   Fast-track promotion opportunity to become an Account Manager role within just twelve months.
•   Experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market more than 5 candidates at a time. 
•   Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied. 
•    Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get the H1B/OPT/ GC/ USC candidates placed in quick turnaround time. 
• Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques. 
•   Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews. 
•   Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. 
•   Meeting Team targets in time and ensuring smooth recruitment process 
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
