We are looking for a highly creative and intellectually curious Integration Solution Architect for our Professional Services group who is passionate about driving growth for bank's new developer platform. This initiative operates as a new entity within bank's Digital organization and leverages the collective power of all bank's assets to drive value for businesses and developers around the globe. The Professional Services team will operate in a high-energy, rapid-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The Integration Solution Architect will lead the solutions and integrations of strategic partners with our API products by providing white glove services throughout the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical savvy, strategic thinking and customer management skills. She or he will not be afraid to get into the details of the client code.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales engineering and solution discovery phases.
- Develop solution designs that define how partners integrate with our API products, including rapid prototyping of solutions.
- Provide custom development services and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Ensure integration quality and the implementation of bank best practices.
- Maintain close working relationships with the clients.
- Ensure both the client and internal expectations are met.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or military experience.
- At least 1 year experience developing native mobile apps with iOS or Android.
- At least 1 year experience developing applications embracing Agile principles.
- At least 1 year experience with the Git version control tool.
- At least 2 years with large-scale software design, implementation and support.
- At least 6 years' experience in professional services or consulting roles.
- At least 4 years' experience with OOP concepts and modern programming languages JavaScript, Java, PHP, Python or Ruby
- At least 1 year experience developing and consuming RESTful web services.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 3 years' experience with large-scale software implementation (high transaction volume and high-availability concepts).
- 2 years' experience with OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications and YAML.
- 2 years' experience deploying and managing applications on cloud based hosting solutions AWS-EC2/S3, Azure, Google Cloud or Heroku.
- 2 years' experience with web services and related standards like REST, OAuth, JSON, SOAP and WSDL.
- 2 years of experience using Salesforce and Zendesk for customer support.
