Fwd: [MTC Global] Re: Career Academics

8th Aoril,2017

In India,
We have a plethora of talent, enough relevant knowledge, needed expertise & requisite skillets  on making our students of higher education
" Employable".

Here what I mean by " We" are our " Teachers, Trainers, Practitioners, Facilitators, Counsellors" .

The problem is our " Hardly Working Youth ". What is missing is A - Attitude on part of our youth. All stakeholders under We are working very hard but the students & youth , are not bothered; who should be more serious & concerned,.

Brought up in an atmosphere of plenty & used to an easy going life with several attractions in towns, cities & metros, the youth are enjoying life - as a student & later as an employee too. They want to work for 4 hrs a day & get 30K, everywhere. They will do everything except " H W - Hard work".

Till We start imparting strong values to our youth, with " H W " leading the list, all the schemes & initiatives ln Skill development, Made in India, Make in India, Digital India, Start up India, & others will not work out.

Students shy away from classrooms. They think everything is there on Internet, which is only Information, not Knowledge. Some faculty also need clarity on this aspect. Youth don't come & take the courses to get skilled. How do you make them come.?

Lets have a debate on this malady afflicting the youth.

India has adequate resources to skill the world, not just Indians, in different sectors. MTC Global intellectuals, thinkers, teachers, trainers, can take care of half of India.

It is actually a major focus area for the PM, Central Govt & the State Govts.
