In private sector there was no reservation earlier also .It is a news of no significance . Reservation is a bane of govt sector Medical Colleges only.

It is good for welfare of public as better service will be provided with theory knowledge and practical application of it.
I think in the jobs where there is requirement of higher knowledge and qualification there should not be any reservation.
Reservation may be allowed where required qualification for the job is below graduation.
This is just to get a job for survival.
Where higher qualification and application of knowledge is required it should be waived out and all should be treated as equal and opportunity to get must be impartial.

Specialisation is becoming an obstacle to the aquisition of knowledge and an even greater barrier to making it effective . Academia define knowledge as what gets printed. But surely that is not knowledge,  it is raw  data. Knowledge is information that changes something or
somebody either by becoming grounds for action ,or by making an individual(or an institution) capable of different and more effective action .
