Re: [MTC Global] HE~ From Industrial Model to Collaborative Model

Dear Sir,
MTC_G too is well poised to offer in-premises collaborative programs.
  • Bajaj Auto embraced in a big way Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as corporate culture and provided training to their own people and the vendors to ensure productivity enhancement on sustainable basis. they have also created vast training complex as TPM University to illustrate the history of TPM techniques and collaborated with Yashaswi Institute of Technology for on-campus Earn and Learn Diploma program for inducting the youngsters in to the TPM integrated work place environment.
  • The Ohio State University  has taken up similar initiative, ref https://www.productivityinc.com/education/tpmc-registration/

Warm regards,
G.S.Autee

The purpose and structure of higher education will need to shift to keep pace with changes in the workforce.
