In India the fate of education is in the hands of uneducated and corrupt politicians. Majority of the colleges in the North are filled with anti social elements and infested with party politics. Unfortunately, the academia has been largely passive. To me, the future is nothing but an extension where we are today- the present. And it does not look very promising. Cheers.

The huge migration of population from rural to urban areas and even rural areas being brought under corporation and nagar palika for tax-free industrial estate would no doubt bring problem of its own. We have perhaps forgotten how the General Manager - HR of Maruti Suzuki was beaten and burnt to death. Militancy is rising among solidarity of work force and this is another problematic area which the future managers would need to contend with.Today's TOI brought forth a new revelation...the army needs protection. They have asked for creation of a new unit corps of 18K men to secure their camps. On one hand no doubt this would provide employment opportunity for many but on the other hand doesn't it reveal the fragility of our armed force in not being able to secure their own establishments/camps?Future dealings in any field would require LEADERSHIP quality.
