MBTI is  combination of four (x2) attributes of personality providing 16 typos. Student can find her/his type. By itself MBTI may not help what Prof. Shikha is looking for. However, this can be useful for students to find his/her basic type. 

What's needed is an aptitude test.  Strengthsfinder 2.0 may be useful. There are several online aptitude tests for MBA students. But, none of them may respond to your question directly.
