This is a very visionary move duly taken up by the State Govt. of AP . In fact, AP has always remained on forefront in India since independence mainly because of such visionary Govt. and public. Why Govt. of AP has come out with such a move? Because of:
- Quality (or brand) of the ISB, Hyderabad.
- Identifying MBA in Fin. Tech as the area of concern..
- The role is specified as Executive Assistant to District Collector helping him in such areas as planning, strategic planning, IT, etc..
ISB thus has become a brand name, credit goes to faculty and Vision and Mission of the Institute, a suit fo follow.Regards,

The need for executive assistants to district collectors was felt as districts such as Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Krishna and Chittoor are developing rapidly after the state's bifurcation, and collectors need aides to vet business proposals or prepare briefs for key meetings, among others, officials said.
