Thanks Professor Goelji for sharing invaluable approaches to overcome the present deteriorating educational systems. You have rightly hit the nail that can be summarized as given below:
- Provision of adequate infrastructure.
- Stringent norms for teachers certification and in-service regular training provisions.
- Accountability for both action and in-action.
We need to come out of the Indian mind set, the gift of the British Raj, administration is the first, all important. We need to integrate all stake-holders of educational system in an organic manner. No one is first, no one is second, all important in its own way.
