- Many journals with title International Journal... have emerged in India since the last 5 years or so specifying high impact value and ISSN numbers. Most of these journals and including a few from advanced countries like US published paid articles with little peer review and publish them with a lightening speed.
- In India we have an attachment with the term 'international", and struggle to grab higher posts or academic qualifications. This provides a good market for business.
- This has resulted into further deterioration of the quality of Indian education from bad to worst.
- Likewise, many organizations, especially located in Delhi, have been giving awards, as I know since 2006, on charging membership fees in the range of Rs. 6000 to 15000, and awards are given away at the hands of some ministers or high level officers.
- Can we treat this paid publication or membership fees for awards as"wish cash"?

Useless , opaque and unwanted practice.
Can you please name any good journal doing this?
