Re: [MTC Global] What is something that you read recently and is worth sharing?

Presently at IIMA for its 39 th FDP. It has a rich and vast Vikram Sarabhai Library. Presently reading ANTIFRAGILE by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. Very intense and no-nonsense author. Able to connect with him due to my financial market background. Highly recommned it. A book to be chewed slowly.

After a long time I got some time during my travel to Ahmedabad & back to go through a fiction work by an Indian first time novelist - Anupam Sinha. Once I started reading, I got hooked and the storyline, the plot and the narration was something rally refreshing. I have always been a big fan of : Wilbur Smith but for a change Anupam has really it seems done a lot of research into the subject. Anupam is credited as the creator of Raj Comics' super hero: Super Commando Dhruva. It's kinda hard to explain the plot as it deals with psyche and super powers always at work...the battle between the good and the evil - supernaturals.Though it is pure fiction, it has a good dose of philosophy thrown in. But then it is my opinion which may differ as every individual have their own likes and dislikes.
