My specialties are, Coconut Jollof Rice: $7:00 per plate Ndole: Pronounced (Ndoleh) National Cameroonian dish made from green vegetables $10:00/plate Dodo: (Fried, ripe Plantains), $5.00/plate Roasted Whole Fish, or fillet: marinated in mixed ingredients. $14:00/fish Poulet/Chicken D.G: (Pronounced Deh-Jeh), a stew of stir fried chicken pieces and fried ripe plantains $12.00/plate Roasted quarter chicken: fresh chicken or breast marinated in blended mixed ingredients and herbs, $10:00/plate Goat meat or Beef pepper soup (Spicy), Cameroonian appetizer: $8:00 Suya, Beef kebab, marinated chunks of roasted beef on bamboo skewers: $12/plate *Roasted whole fish, Roasted quarter chicken, and Suya served with Jollof rice, fried ripe plantains, and fried spinach. *Ndole is served with boiled plantains, yams or white rice. *The meal can be packaged for shipment at owners cost. |
