Re: [MTC Global] Dynamic Career Planning for Dynamic Business World

Thanks you Prof. Auteeji for sharing  an excellent information.

In fact, man has to live in a VUCA  (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous)' World, no alternative,  wherein survival calls for dynamism. Dynamism is a function of  (momentum, Time). Momentum may be business driven, personal needs, etc. In view of the dynamic business of the world, man's career planning turns to be dynamic. The dynamism can be realized through various building blocks (factors/elements) that  are
beautifully identified  in the diagram presented. IQ, EQ and SQ together can sustain the force of dynamism. In fact, the world is existing only because of dynamism!

Subject: [MTC Global] Dynamic Career Planning for Dynamic Business World

Dear All,
Technology is changing much faster and our students may need to strike a balance between flexibility and strategy, since it may be difficult to forecast, predict, or plan for unforeseen opportunities, as there are knowledge-driven industry transformations within businesses, which require higher cognitive capabilities, extensive relationship management and leadership skills;

  • Dynamic career planning enables them to evaluate risks, seize new opportunities, adjust to new challenges, react quickly and properly to threats, adapt to changing technology,
  • It may be a good idea break your planning process down into four quarters and adjust the plans as each quarter rolls off and focus on the short-term while actively analyzing the results of your efforts.
  • By monitoring their activities in the short term, they will gain the flexibility to affect change as the surroundings change.
This new paradigm adopts more strategic, innovative, cooperative and generative approaches as creative 'talent solutions', ref:
Warm regards,
G.S.Autee
