Academic Leadership doesn't rely on single approach and it is the mixture of all styles( i.e.. Participative, Laizes fair, Democratic, Transactional, Dictatorship, Tranformational etc ).

It is because situation demands different styles of leadership. Our students, management, colleagues and clients vary in their approach. So one must be 'ALL IN ONE'.

For example: Legends like Sachin Tendulkar and Mahender Singh Dhoni are good batsmen and still they are good at fielding, catching, throwing, Sachin is a spinner too, Dhoni is a wonderful wicket keeper as well. In the same way we should possess the mixture of all approaches of leadership.
