Profiling S. Cameroonians in Yaoundé Prisons: Detainee 0002 : Hon Lord Justice Ayah Paul Abine
At the time of his arrest without any warrant, he was deputy Attorney General at Cameroon's Supreme Court in Yaoundé, one of the longest serving members of the judicial arm of government and the lone Southern Cameroonian who has attained that rank in the country's judiciary.
He is also a writer, a humanitarian, a justice defender and politician and the only Cameroonian who dared to declare his assets. Curiously, since his arrest in January 2017, he has not been charged or told why he is detained under life-threatening conditions at SED.
The pupils and students (some are graduates) in two orphanages which he founded in Buea and Akwaya have since then, been without a shepherd.
