Re: [cameroon_politics] Re: LET SCHOOLS RESUME IN SEPTEMBER.

MY Kontry pipoo,

In all this debate what perplexes me and I find totally
incomprehensible is the attitude of the likes of Dr. Tikum Azonga in
questioning and blaming, since they can't the dead child, the old
mother or father whose son has been killed by the trigger-happy
gendarmes of the rogue Yaounde regime. Who is a criminal, the
murderer or the victim of murder?

In posing this question, I remember, for example, the case of Divine
Sombale- a student of LCC, Mankon, Bamenda, murdered in front of their
house in Small Mankon. The entire family was held in door and about
4pm this boy stepped out with pawpaw to wash and clean to eat. Four
murderous occupation forces passing, shot him dead. The father and the
sister who heard the gun shots and the scream of death from the poor
boy were only saved by the grace of God if not the poor family would
have lost three in front of the house. I saw the pawpaw and small pan
with water in it with my own eyes. What crime did Sombale commit?

Let us be honest. Well educated people like Drs. Tikum Azonga and
Simon Munzu are in full knowledge of nations that united and after
years of being under one national polity, ended the unity. In Africa
we have Senegambia which restored their separate inherited national
identities of Senegal (French Speaking) and Gambia (English speaking)
and former Czechoslovakia which thanks to the Velvet Revolution and
respecting their inherited distinct national boundaries, the Czech and
Slovak Republics were reborn.

The question which well meaning Southern Cameroonians are asking
Azonga and Munzu is if in 1961 it was not by conquest that the union
was effected, why must the legitimate and legally backed will of
Southern Cameroonians to restore its sovereign statehood become an
issue of war, blood letting and genocide engineered by la Republique
du Cameroun?

This question calls for a follow up.

Why have they, (Azonga and Munzu) made themselves the apostles of doom
and calamity for Southern Cameroonians after more than half a century
years of servitude under la Republique?
