Creativity and innovation can never be there through only reading. Reading, thinking and implementation must go hand in hand. Creativity is the result of the true dedication to the cause. We must first dedicate ourselves for the cause, i.e. our own teaching, learning and research then there will be plethora of creative and innovative teachers and students.
As charity begins at home, so initiating passion and creativity among students starts with self-exemplification of the same by teacher.
