SharePoint Developer

Location: White Plains, NY

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone Interview

 

 

Major Purpose of Job:	To design, develop, test, implement, document and support SharePoint business applications (SharePoint 2013/2007) based on user requirements under the direction of a Project Manager.
Essential Job Functions:	Experience developing the following components: Custom web parts and workflows using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer. Custom forms using Visual Studio and InfoPath Client. Features (e.g. for creating content types, lists, libraries, etc.). Timer jobs. Experience creating solution packages in tools such as Visual Studio, WSPBuilder. Excellent understanding of various SharePoint iterations (2007, 2010, 2013). ·         Branding: master page creation, page layouts, CSS settings, themes, logo design, XSLT, HTML, CAML, XML, ribbon customization. ·         Extensive SharePoint Designer Experience with Data Form Web Parts, XSLT, Workflow ·         Should have .NET 4.5 development experience ·         Ability to work with the client object model using client side development technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. ·         Good discipline with post-deployment testing Must have the ability to work independently within a small team and follow through on tasks Independently troubleshoot and research challenging problems Work with end users and manage requirements. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:	Skill Requirements 5-7+ years technical SharePoint experience. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks Working  Experience  on the following SharePoint 2013/2007 SharePoint Designer 2013/2007 InfoPath 2013/2007 Visual Studio 2012 SQL Server 2012 Plusses:  Powershell (for script writing), JavaScript, JQuery
