Skills Required and Job Description:

This candidate would be responsible for reviewing technical documentation and converting that information into process flows and swim lanes. Must have the ability to assimilate technical material in a concise and effective manner and map that information into process flows. Require strong interpersonal skills with at least 3 - 5 years' experience in process mapping; Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and map processes and workflows and a high level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio; High level communications skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard; Candidate must have a high attention to detail and establish effective working relationships with various IT groups and business process owners; Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence and discretion; Candidates should provide samples of process flow maps they have completed in the past Perform due diligence and other related special duties as assigned.
