Position: Project Manager with Contact Center Consultant

Location : BethPage, NY    

Duration: long term                 

Description

Project Manager experince with below expertise (Genesys, Verint, Workforce).

-  Creation and maintenance of project schedules using MS project

-  Management of multiple concurrent projects

-  Overseeing all life Cycles of project management – planning (Requirements), execution       (Development), closing (production deployment and turn over)

-  Management of budgets for projects assigned

-  Aid in the preparation and presentation of regular executive level project progress and status reports

-  Communicate and document project status

-  Coordinate, conduct and provide agendas/minutes for regular weekly Core Project Team status meetings

-  looking for candidates that have experience in Cable Operations, Contact Center Technology and/or Operations in general?  These are areas that this position would be concentrating especially Contact Center so 

    experience with Genesys technologies, Verint, Workforce, etc
