Skills Required:
THis candidate must have current experience:
Managing small-to-medium projects that advance the U.S. Front Office analytics capabilities
Perform simple-to-moderately complex business analysis, systems design, systems administration tasks, and/or data analysis for analytics tools (Cognos suite of tools)
Perform production support and operational maintenance for simple-to- moderately complex technical problems/solutions
Provide business analysis, technical and general project support for small-to-large projects
Interact with U.S. Front Office IT team, U.S. Front Office business teams, and other internal IT functions/departments.
Full spectrum execution of Project Management discipline for small-to-medium projects
Timely, accurate and complete system analysis, design, operational and production support
Quality Assurance (accuracy, timeliness, and completeness) of results and deliverables through effective scheduling of tasks, coordination of activities across multiple organizations, and system/software testing.
Quality Documentation for requirements, testing and support deliverables (charters, project plans, test scripts, etc.)
Effective time management through balancing of responsibilities and activities
Effective utilization of technical utilities/tools that support the: configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and integrations for the team have supported systems, applications, and services
Data analysis requiring basic utilization of MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008 and associated T-SQL query tools
Detailed knowledge of standard automated business processes
