It is important to fix the profit margins of OIl Companies. Under RTI,
3 years Financial Statements will reveal astonishing results. Tricks
like increasing rates by Rs. say 10 and then reducing by Rs 2/- is a
joint conspiracy including opposition. While assessing an Oil Co I had
asked why subsidy is required. Answer was to build revenue.

Gobar Gas Plants and now technology is available for conversion of any
Bio Waste to energy. I don't find any enthusiasm in Rural.
