About The Opportunity
· Provide design, implementation and troubleshooting support for all initiatives in the Citrix XenApp environment and the Citrix XenDesktop environment.
· Provide architectural guidance and implementation support for ongoing and upcoming initiatives supporting the Citrix XenApp environment and the Citrix XenDesktop environment.
· Provide level-3 oversight to problem resolution activity for the Citrix XenApp environment and the Citrix XenDesktop Environment.
· Provide design and implementation support to assist with the integration of the project initiative in the current environment (user profile solution rollout / non-persistent desktop rollout / VDI solution feature enhancements).
About You
· 10-15 years experience supporting infrastructure technologies in and enterprise setting
· 5-10 years experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting Citrix XenApp environments.
· 3-5 years experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting Citrix XenDesktop environments
· Working understanding of related infrastructure technologies and architecture, specifically virtualization infrastructure (underlying processing hardware, network, storage and hypervisor).
