Skills:

.         Bachelor's degree

.         At least 2~3 full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS

applications. Working experience of PSFT HCM 9.1

.         Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought

leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll.

.         Expertise in setting up Payroll related information for large user

groups. Experience in parallel testing.

.         Extremely good  presentation skills

.         Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture /

solution delivery..

.         Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought

leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules.

.         Ability to conduct CRP sessions for large user groups

.         Expertise in working with cross functional teams and defining

functional roadmaps for the solutions

.         Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to

HRMS implementation.

.         Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
