Position : Windows Admin

Duration : 6 months+

Location : San Antonio, TX

 

Job Description:

 

·         Monitor events generated by Windows and Linux servers for

·         Analyze event flow (BMC Atrium Orchestrator)

·         Analysis events that fell out in the event flow

·         Root cause analysis of events to identify potential problems in Windows and Linux Servers

·         Work closely and provide support to Server Admins, IT Applications and Customer Support teams

 

Technical Skills:

 

·         Exposure to Windows and linux environment - alerts and events.

·         Required to moinitor events and analyse the cause.

·         Can query a simple database through interface

·         Event monitoring experience in Windows and Linux Servers

·         XML

·         Understand event flow
