Job Title: Tech Lead SharePoint 2010 (healthcare Domain)
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 12 Months
· Lead the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results and better environment proposals
· Provide estimates on associated solution effort for full SDLC activities
· Lead the design of the solution architecture and ensure delivered components are in compliance with the defined architecture
· Lead the development of SharePoint 2010 components (web parts, application pages, page layouts, etc.) for sharepoint Portal, and Collaboration solutions
· Lead the development of customizations for branded solutions including master pages, CSS style definitions, templates, and themes and integration in SharePoint 2010
· Provide direction to lead the customer and development team on where configuration changes can be made to utilize "Out of the Box" functionality in lieu of unnecessary code customizations meeting the project requirements
· Lead the planning, designing, and developing of Solution and Feature packages to ensure successful deployment of customizations while maintaining the integrity of the SharePoint environment and upgrade path
· Lead the development of technical specifications to meet solution functional and non-functional requirements
· Define project deliverable standards and ensure quality of customer deliverables and alignment to industry best practices
· Work with the customer to understand change requirements and make the appropriate recommendations
· Good Communication skills
Desirable
Lead the creation, execution and documentation of functional and automated tests necessary to ensure that delivered solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements
· - Lead the development of integration points between the SharePoint solution and external business applications
· - Working experience in offshore / onshore model.
· - Life Sciences or Healthcare domain is an added advantage
