Business Analyst - Healthcare or Pharma Domain
Location: WoonSocket, RI
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $45/hr c2c (Not Negotiable)

Skills:

- Strong skills to understand, conceptualize, and depict system solutions that span multiple systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Experience in creating business cases and writing proposals
- Experience in the software development methodology lifecycle - including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design; business, functional, and non-functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation
- Experience working in Retail Pharmacy/Healthcare domain
- Experience in facilitation of requirements gathering workshops
- Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while also working with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, project management, and technical staff)
- Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language
- Experience in working on projects with multiple Business Analysts
- Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets
- Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
