# Positions	Test Lead (need 2) Must Have Qualifications Must have TriZetta Facets experience (version doesn't matter).  Must have HIPAA Gateway experience Must have led and created testing templates and test processes for one or more projects Must have led more than 4 testers at one time—on shore.  Must have created project level test strategy documents before.  Will be required to assist in hands on testing efforts of team There may be up to 4-5 testers reporting to this person, so they must have that experience as well Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent degree or experience   Ideal Qualifications Must have SQL Experience English as first language 2+ years actual test lead/manager experience Experience using HP Quality Center Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good oral and written communication skills
