Title: Sr Lead .NET Software Analyst/Developer

Job Description:
Senior ASP.NET developer with 8+ years' experience to play a leadership role in the creation of a new mission critical system. The ideal candidate will serve as lead developer for a 5-10 person development team and assist the application architect with design and analysis phases prior to full-time development. Greenfield project development experience, heterogeneous systems integration experience, and ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently are key attributes.
Skills Required:
· 8+ years building enterprise solutions using .NET n-tier architectures and service-oriented design
· 5+ years building web-based enterprise solutions using ASP.NET (Web Forms or MVC)
· 4+ years serving as lead developer on enterprise project teams
· Ability to foster teamwork among development team, perform code reviews and ensure development adheres to application architecture standards
· Experience with data modeling and relational database design
· Experience with object-oriented design patterns in .NET
· Ability to perform analysis and create technical documentation and design artifacts using flowcharts, UML diagrams, and data model diagrams
· Experience in integrating .NET applications with heterogeneous enterprise systems
· Experience developing applications using waterfall and iterative methodologies
· Strong ability to multitask and self-start
· Strong debugging, coding, analysis and problem solving skills
· Team-oriented and skillful at resolving technical conflicts among developers and enterprise technical staff.
· Skills that are a plus but not required include:
o TIBCO Middleware experience (or similar middleware products)
o Ext JS Javascript Framework
