I do mine with discounts for referrals and hefty ones for big cases. I had a lady come in who had sent me a very large implant case. She needed three units of C and B. I gave her 30% off of the two anterior units, which are going to be my walking ad. I did three of my employees and all they have to do is smile and say, "see mine". I do not charge employees period. I hope my "bosses" have the good sense to continue that. Guy
