Agree with Lance.  About 8 units total helps with that. 

4 units in obicularis oris and 4 units at base of ala of her nose (really hitting levator Labii superioris and zygomaticus minor) 

Of course- that have a hard time with straws apparently!!

This lady came in yesterday for her exam, wants to fix her gummy smile and was so excited just to see how things looked with a composite play-bond overlay I put over a couple of teeth. She will be a great case, I think.

How are you controlling the bone/gingival display, and distance when you do a case like this?

There seems to be a lot of these around, according to John Reddoch, who told me there were over 800 inquiries in my area alone last month about gummy smiles and gummy smile correction. He has some keyword tool to figure that out, quite interesting, isn't it?
