[ACEsthetics] New Post/Thread Notification: The Business of Dentistry

I remember hearing that a long time ago at this program called "Dental Boot Kamp" where a few crazy Texans (Walter Hailey, Mac Lee & Joleen Jackson) were trying to teach people and business skills to Dentists and their teams. Over the years, I've tried to take that message to heart because it's absolutely 100% true!

Recently, I was approached by a neighbor who was asking local businesses to donate funds to help the local Little League put Safety Fence Caps on the chain link fences around town. It seems that a youngster got cut up and lost a few teeth last year when he was going for a fly ball and tripped near the fence and ended up getting gouged on the top of the fence.

Not only did I donate money, but I took it to Social Media and posted it on my Dental Office Facebook Page as well as our local Patch Page that our community reads. I've received a lot of private feedback thanking me for helping to support the cause.

Sometimes little things like this will show a DIRECT return on investment...and many times you'll see an INDIRECT return on investment as people start talking positively about your connection with the community. Remember, the more you help others get more of what they want, the more they'll help you get more of what you want! ;)
