Not having the staff or dentist give each other funny looks or acting uncomfortable when you're in the office, or worrying about booking you around other patients they think might be offended?
2. Are there really those of you out there that have gay hostile practices?
Sure; just as there are probably practices that don't really care for blacks or Muslims or foreigners or Hispanics.
