·         Software Tool Support Automation Tool Support Network Operating System Server Enablement Production Intranet Web Infrastructure Support Runtime Unix AIX Operating System Enablement Unix HPUX Operating System Enablement Unix Linux Operating System Enablement Unix Remote Server Execution Unix Software Operating System Enablement Web Server Remote Incident Support Web Server Applications Infrastructure Support Websphere Portal Infrastructure Support Websphere Process Server Infrastructure Support

·         Security Authentication Security Support Identity Management Security Support Information Security Architecture Design Unix Security Support

 

Target TE Team: Technical Platform Operations Service Manager: Ronda Heidecker

The resources being requested will provide 2nd shift - coverage for support and maintenance of the ICP/TP.

Hours are tentative for 3:30 PM to Midnight for 5 days a week which could include weekend days.

 Due to the limitations of the PAR database, we chose the nearest applicable Skillset/Deployment Skill.

This is a Full Time resource to be allocated 100% to ICP Technical Engineering. 2013 Hours: 480 (Project hours: 20; Service Hours: 460).

Appropriate allocations will be corrected by Project Planner and Service Level Analyst upon completion of the filled PAR. 2014 Hours: 2080 (Project hours: 100; Service Hours: 1980)
