OBIEE Functional Analyst with HR - Morristown, NJ - 3 Months
Job Title: OBIEE Functional Analyst
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 months contract

Job/Project Description:
Work in partnership with HRS Reporting team to define report requirements
Define specific technology solutions to address HR Analytics needs
Work in partnership with HR Information Delivery/Analytics lead to manage and define requirements for HR Analytics systems and tools
Translate analytics business requirements into technical requirements
Define, plan, and manage projects to deliver reporting/analytics in OBIEE
Work in partnership with HR Technology Business Intelligence team to develop reporting/analytics tools Maintain expertise in HR Analytics trends, products, and services
Work in partnership with HR Technology Testing COE to manage and test SIT and UAT
Document report definitions, end user considerations for new reporting/analytics tools
Train End User Support team (GHAS) on new reporting/analytics tools
Provide Tier 2/3 support on new reporting/analytics tools
Work in partnership with HRS Reporting team to define report requirements
