Job description :
Ø We need PM/BA that can implement ERP systems
Ø They will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics.
Ø Some type of supply chain experience will be required
Business System Analyst Job Duties:
Ø Determines operational objectives by studying business process designs, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
Ø Ensures computer systems meet the documented requirements by conducting system testing, identifying problems, and writing improved procedures.
Ø Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Ø Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Ø Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ø Experience in testing and implementing ERP or other enterprise-wide software
Ø Planning and conducting user training is a plus
Ø Work experience in Supply Chain environments is required
Ø Experience in designing and improving business processes highly desired
Ø Strong written and oral communication skills mandatory
