Project Description:
· The project is built around a web based solution that allows Service Providers and the Department to record and track clinical information related to the services provided to the individual. The application is the primary solution for the quality management, healthcare reporting and financial reporting system. This system captures information related to Incident Management (Incidents, Restraints, and Medication Occurrences), Health Care Records, Investigations, Death Reporting, National Core Indicators and Financial Reporting.
Technical Skills: Microsoft .NET (2008/2012), Oracle 11g, SQL Server 2008/ 2012, Windows 7 (64 bit)
Required Skills:
· 7+ years of working on .NET based projects
· Experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services
· Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
· Experience with Oracle databases
· Strong analytic skills
· Possess strong facilitation and communication skills at various organizational levels
· Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation.
· Hands-on approach with ability to deliver to commitments.
· Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to take on responsibility.
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Advanced problem solving skills, business acumen, solid written and verbal communication skills, and excellent relationship-building skills.
· Strong ability to collaborate with System Architects, System Administrators and other key Technical Staff
· Able to understand and articulate complex technical issues related to service management and operations.
