I am suggesting the topic for discussion is on "Management Education: Career Challenges in 21st Century". I am referring this topic considering the less acceptance of management graduates in Indian industries.

Others opinion are highly appreciable.

I am in connivance which what Prof Goel had stated & suggest as follows :

1. There can be 3 Panel discussions of 1 hr 15 mts each with 3 panel Speakers.
Topics can be
L & D for Faculty which includes un-learning, sharpening the saw, workload, management and re-learning ;
Contemporary Management practices with industry representatives giving talks, opines & sharing thoughts.
Multi disciplinary approach towards management education & role of Facultya with industry institute interface as a focus.

2. Last one hr can be an Open House session wherein members can comment/ express/ brainstorm the proceedings for the day.

With 1 hr for inaugural & valedictory, it should be working out well. 

3.The takeaways & learnings of last 3 Sankalp"s should be included in the agenda. Maintain the continuity.

3. Theme is for the year wherein all programs , exchange of mails, knowledge sharing, topics would be centred upon. It can catchy one on which I will come back.
