Dear Prof. Dutta and Comrades,

It is a pleasure to know that MTC Global has become one of the sought
out educational partners in events associated with knowledge sharing
and for a common cause. The address by Prof. Dutta is indeed
comprehensive and current to meet the challenges of the tech driven
management.

It is my pleasure to share with the members that I had the previlege
to contribute a paper entitled "RESETTLEMENT OF AIR FORCE
EX-SERVICEMEN IN INDIA: UNIQUE MODEL FOR MANAGING THE SECOND INNINGS
OF LIFE" to this conference. This paper is part of my doctoral
research on resettlement of ex-servicemen in India.
